Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for the design, architecture, and reliability of core SailPoint products. You will mentor engineers, drive sprint planning, and partner with Product Management to deliver on a scalable cloud roadmap.

You will foster operational excellence, coach talent, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with Agile/Scrum processes in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong track record of designing, building, and operating cloud-scale systems.
3+ years of experience building, leading, and managing high-performing software engineering teams.
Strong technical background in modern software development (e.g., .Net distributed systems, event-driven microservices architecture, and AWS).
Knowledge of front end frameworks such as Angular.
Proven track record of successful execution and delivery in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
Exceptional organizational, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional communication skills.
