SailPoint is seeking a Data Infrastructure Platform Manager to lead the team responsible for the runtime and platform layer beneath SailPoint’s batch, streaming, analytics, and machine learning workloads. Your day will span people leadership, production operations, and architectural strategy to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a cloud infrastructure or data-infrastructure team.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and production operations.
• Experience with Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or Snowflake is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Infrastructure Platform team and own platform reliability.
• Oversee capacity planning, cost efficiency, and incident response.
• Collaborate with data engineering, SRE, and Dev Platform teams.
• Define roadmaps and paved-road improvements for self-service deployment.
