You will lead a team responsible for performance engineering and shared functional testing frameworks across SailPoint's engineering org, driving scalable, reliable test capabilities and AI-powered workflow innovations. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Quality, DevOps and product engineers, shaping

Qualifications

• US citizenship required by FedRAMP standards
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
• 8+ years hands-on experience as a performance or software engineer
• Experience architecting shared functional testing frameworks used by multiple product teams
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to write and optimize code

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and quality testing frameworks across SaaS products
• Drive strategy, roadmap, and adoption of shared testing capabilities
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and product engineers to improve performance and reliability
• Pioneer AI-powered tooling to accelerate test creation, execution, and analysis
