Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for the All SaaS Performance and Quality Frameworks portfolio in the United States.

You will lead a team focused on performance engineering and shared functional testing frameworks that scale across product squads. You will drive AI-powered tooling adoption (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate test creation, feedback loops, and framework maintenance while ensuring reliability and self-service access for engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• 8+ years hands-on as a performance or software engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to architect and maintain shared testing frameworks.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the All SaaS Performance and Quality Frameworks portfolio and teams.
• Define strategy, roadmap, reliability, and self-service for shared testing tools.
• Drive AI-powered test creation, execution, maintenance, and analysis.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, DevOps, and customer teams.
• Monitor adoption, reliability, and cycle time improvements; mentor engineers.
