Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC is seeking an Engineered Solutions Sales Leader to drive sales of multi-brand engineered products in the Chicago area. You will mentor the New Equipment team and coordinate with regional leadership to meet revenue goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of compressed air and gas generation solutions, plus strong Excel/CRM skills and travel readiness to attend trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Business/Marketing with technical training also considered.
• 7+ years compressor industry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of industrial products including compressed air products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer-related activities for engineered solutions in the territory.
• Mentor New Equipment salespeople in the engineered solutions portfolio.
• Drive market share growth through the New Equipment sales team.
