Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC, part of Atlas Copco Group, seeks an Engineered Solutions Sales Leader to drive direct sales of engineered products in the Charlotte, NC region. You will mentor the New Equipment sales team, design air and gas generation solutions, and build relationships with key accounts while coordinating with product managers and CRM tools.

This remote role offers a base salary, car allowance and commission, with potential earnings up to $150,000 and travel to trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Engineering or related fields considered with supplemental training.
• 7+ years compressor industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial products including compressed air, vacuum pumps, and air treatment.
• Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills; self-motivated and able to travel frequently.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM, search engines, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer-related activities for the engineered solutions portfolio within the territory.
• Mentor New Equipment salespeople in the engineered solutions portfolio.
• Drive market share growth of engineered solutions products with the New Equipment sales team.
• Design and engineer compressed air and gas generation solutions.
• Develop relationships with key engineered solutions accounts and track calls using CRM.
• Audit compressed air systems and present findings; support bid specifications.
