Job summary

Quincy Compressor seeks an Engineered Solutions Sales Leader to drive engineered solutions within the Charlotte-area territory. You will lead direct sales of multi-brand products, mentor teams, and collaborate with regional leadership and factory functions to hit sales and profitability targets.

You will design and engineer compressed air and gas generation solutions, build key account relationships, and manage quotes with CRM tracking. Travel frequently for trainings and meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; business/marketing with technical training acceptable.
• 7+ years compressor industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products including compressed air systems.
• Excellent communication and self-motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer-related activities for the engineered solutions portfolio within the territory.
• Mentor New Equipment salespeople and provide technical sales support.
• Develop relationships with engineered solutions accounts and drive market share growth.
• Design and engineer compressed air and gas generation solutions.
• Track calls, manage quotes, and provide reports using CRM.
• Conduct trainings, lunches, and assist in bid specifications.
• Understand the competitive landscape and coordinate with product managers.
