Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive growth for Fresh Connect Central (FCC) by developing and managing strategic accounts within the food banking network. The role emphasizes relationship-building, solution-focused proposals, and coordination with internal teams to deliver FCC products and services.

You will travel to customer locations as needed, build partnerships with Feeding America and regional allies, and contribute to forecasting, pricing, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food distribution is preferred.
• Prior sales and account management experience is desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred with the ability to create, analyze, and present reports.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account plans to meet sales and customer growth goals.
• Engage customers to understand needs and connect them with FCC products and services.
• Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing account support to strengthen relationships.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the food banking network and other organizations.
