Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking an Engagement Manager to grow and manage accounts for Fresh Connect Central (FCC). You will identify opportunities, develop proposals with the Quote Specialist, and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen relationships.

The role requires experience in food distribution, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed to support customers and represent FCC at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food distribution.
• Experience in sales or account management preferred.
• CRM experience required or preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account plans to meet sales and retention goals.
• Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with FCC products and services.
• Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the food banking network.
