The role blends project coordination, forensic expertise, and executive-level communication to drive actionable outcomes for customers facing complex cyber incidents.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in incident response or information security.
• Proven team leadership in a consulting environment.
• Strong project management skills from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for high-pressure situations.
• Ability to mentor and train teams on advanced forensic methods.
• Experience with targeted threat investigations like ransomware and BECs.
• Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Oversee incident response engagements delivered through partners.
• Assist in developing and tracking project tasks and client deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between customers and partners on investigation objectives.
• Support partners in communicating forensic findings to executives.
• Coach partners on advanced forensic techniques across multiple platforms.
• Review reports and findings for alignment with standards.
