ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordination Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites. The role uses Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop to manage service records, purchase orders, and documentation while coordinating with managers, technicians, contractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in project coordination, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar activities.
• Experience in prevailing-wage environments and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for records and status updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate service activities across battery storage site portfolio and provide backup for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save docs, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity; resolve invoice/documentation issues.
