Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Project Executive to lead multiple solar, storage, and substation projects nationwide. The role supports planning, directing, and executing work across engineering, controls, finance, and field teams.

Remote or hybrid work is possible, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and profitability while guiding project teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work-related experience in design and/or construction of utility or commercial/industrial infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams remotely or in hybrid environments.
• Experience reviewing complex contracts and managing budgets, schedules and margins.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets, and profit margin.
• Make project level executive decisions on critical aspects of the work involving significant cost and risk impacts to the company.
• Oversee preparation of project billings and optimize cash flow.
