Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Project Executive to lead multiple solar, storage and substation projects nationwide. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and profit, working with engineering, controls, finance, and field teams.

Remote or hybrid work is available with in-office presence in San Diego, CA; relocation not required. The role requires strong contract, risk, and leadership skills and a focus on safety and compliance in all project activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work-related experience in design and/or construction of utility or commercial/industrial infrastructure projects.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to lead remote cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple work streams.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets, and profit margins.
• Make executive decisions on critical cost and risk impacts to the company.
• Provide leadership on complex change management events with Owners and subcontractors.
• Support business development, estimating, and services departments.
