Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Project Executive to lead multiple solar, storage and substation projects nationwide, coordinating with engineering, project controls, finance and field operations. This role can be fully remote or hybrid with in-office presence in San Diego, CA.

You will oversee contracts, schedules, budgets and risk to protect profitability and ensure client satisfaction. You will mentor teams, drive process improvements, and ensure safe, compliant project execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design and/or construction of utility or commercial/industrial infrastructure.
• Experience leading remote cross-functional project teams and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve project schedules, estimates, budgets, and profit margin.
• Make project level executive decisions on critical cost and risk impacts.
• Oversee change management events and coordinate with Owners, Subcontractors, and regulators.
