Navigate Power is seeking a Business Energy Consultant to build a commercial energy client book with 110+ supplier relationships. This remote, 1099 independent contractor role offers uncapped commissions and no base salary, with a compensation range of $50,000–$250,000 per year.

You’ll help commercial clients compare electricity and natural gas offers, identify savings, and expand into solar, EV charging, and storage projects. Manage your own pipeline and schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Consultative selling: identify priorities, explain recommendations, handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, networks, partnerships.
• Reach the right decision-makers including business owners and finance leaders.
• Review bills, usage and needs to identify savings and craft recommendations.
• Present proposals clearly with terms, pricing, and market context.
