ICF, a global advisory and technology services provider, seeks an entry-level Operations Coordinator in Program Operations to support energy efficiency initiatives for commercial building systems and technologies. You will help identify process improvements, share best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Associates with minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the utility market and energy efficiency programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.
• Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications.
• Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
• Assign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.
