Job summary

ICF International is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator for Program Operations to support utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects, focusing on commercial building systems and energy-efficient technologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Associate degree with minimum 2 years' experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the utility market (energy efficiency, demand response, DER programs).
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tool.
• Experience with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Work with energy efficiency team to evaluate, implement, and verify projects.
• Develop and share best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications.
• Review project applications to ensure policy compliance.
• Assign project applications for processing per program rules.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-ups on inspections and surveys.
