Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to support program operations for utility-sponsored energy efficiency initiatives. You will help evaluate, implement, and verify projects, share best practices, and collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvement, and strong Excel skills. The position is fully remote in the United States, with preferred candidates in MS/SC time zones or adjacent regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Associate’s degree with minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required; Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the utility market or energy efficiency programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects.
• Develop and share best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications.
• Review project application forms for compliance with program policies.
• Assign applications for processing and review per policies.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on inspections and surveys.
