Job summary

ICF is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator for Programs Operations to support energy efficiency initiatives across the southeast, with fully remote work. This role focuses on helping to run projects, identify process improvements, and share best practices within cross-functional teams.

You will gain exposure to major initiatives, build technical and consulting skills, and contribute to impactful energy solutions while collaborating with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 2+ years work experience.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency or utility programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects.
• Develop and share best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care.
• Analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with processing project applications.
• Review forms for compliance with program policies.
• Coordinate quality control follow-ups on inspections and surveys.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
