Moss in the United States seeks an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers to proactively identify workforce needs across solar utility-scale projects. This role develops and executes strategies to attract, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly talent.

Ideal candidates are relationship-driven with strong sourcing, field recruiting passion, and ability to build pipelines across diverse markets.

Qualificações

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, community partners, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for active talent pipelines for craft and hourly roles across project sites.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans, job requirements, hiring forecasts, and local labor markets.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand, culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Maintain relationships with workforce centers, community partners, and trade schools to boost recruiting.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate candidate movement through hiring processes for a seamless experience.
• Organize hiring events, career fairs, and site recruiting activities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
