Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing across multiple platforms and channels.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build pipelines for craft and hourly labor across project sites.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and local labor markets.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate company culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Organize hiring events, career fairs, and project-site recruiting activities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on market intelligence.
