CLEAResult is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

This role serves as the primary client contact, oversees cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, software development, marketing, and analytics, ensuring program profitability and strategic alignment from launch through completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years in program, project, or client management.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing profitability and forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution and management of one or more client programs and contracts, typically generating $2M-$5M in annual revenue.
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager, ensuring contract compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, software development, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate with field-based account managers to ensure project completion.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions to improve program performance.
• Facilitate client meetings and executive reviews on progress, financials, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify growth opportunities and support new business development and expansion of offerings.
• Evaluate market trends and customer needs to recommend enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure adherence to milestones and objectives.
• Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Contribute to creation of technical content and best practices to support program success.
