Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead commercial and industrial energy-efficiency programs, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will oversee cross-functional teams and ensure profitability from launch to completion.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate program plans and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring program success across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5–8 years of program, project, or client management experience handling complex initiatives.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Proven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing profitability, forecasting, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and management of one or more client programs generating $2M–$5M in annual revenue.
• Act as primary client relationship manager ensuring contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, software development, marketing, and analytics.
• Communicate with field-based account managers to ensure project completion.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Facilitate client meetings and executive reviews on progress and finances.
• Identify growth opportunities and support new business development.
