Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Program Manager to direct all phases of large client programs, from inception through completion, primarily leading through a team. You will own the cost, implementation, and performance, including forecasting and financial reporting.

Based in Pennsylvania, you will coordinate contract negotiations, develop business plans, monitor budgets, and ensure alignment with market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience plus 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MS or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the client program, from inception through completion.
• Own the cost, implementation, and performance of the program, including forecasting and financial reporting.
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinate the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of the contract.
• Ensure the program's approach stays aligned with current market trends, program goals, and client needs.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with the client to discuss cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop new business or expand the program's scope with the client.
• Analyze problem and opportunity areas within the program and evaluate options.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations on program and marketing actions.
• Establish milestones, monitor adherence to program plans and schedules, identify problems, and drive solutions.
