Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs, drive operational excellence, and ensure profitability from launch through completion. You will serve as the primary client contact, oversee cross-functional teams, and align programs with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing multi-million dollar programs, developing budgets and schedules, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5-8 years of program, project, or client management experience with complex initiatives.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience and coaching responsibility.
• Proven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and performance oversight.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and management of client programs generating substantial revenue.
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager ensuring contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, software, marketing, analytics.
• Communicate with field-based account managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate client meetings and executive reviews on progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and new offerings.
• Evaluate market trends and program results for continuous improvement.
• Oversee resources and ensure adherence to milestones and goals.
