Job summary

Halcyon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a roster of data subscription customers in the energy sector. You will drive adoption, onboard new users, and expand coverage while partnering with Account Executives to optimize renewals and reduce churn.

You will work with the product and data teams to relay customer feedback, shape roadmaps, and build scalable AI-driven playbooks and workflows across the customer journey. This is a fully remote role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing and growing B2B accounts in energy, climate tech, or SaaS.
• Fluency with capital allocation, energy regulation, power generation, and related topics.
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding customer success metrics.
• Consultative, proactive approach to understanding a customer’s strategy and needs.
• Comfort with data and AI tools for analyzing usage and teaching customers.
• Startup mindset with ability to scale solutions quickly.
• Resilient with strong urgency and responsiveness.
• Collaborative, empathetic, inclusive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of customer accounts and manage their health.
• Onboard new users, conduct usage reviews, and educate on platform use.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build a business case for upsells/renewals.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals by surfacing health risks early.
• Manage monthly onboarding metrics and forecast expansion pipeline.
• Convey customer feedback to Product/Data teams to shape roadmaps.
• Help build playbooks, AI automations, workflows, and processes to ensure success.
