Job summary

Hiver is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the US to own a portfolio of 40-50 mid-market US accounts. You will onboard customers, design and deploy AI-powered workflows, and turn results into ROI stories that drive expansion.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with Product and Engineering, and a focus on measurable business impact. You will manage multi-channel setups, define success metrics, and build trusted relationships from frontline managers to executives, with US hours

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• AI knowledge and hands-on experience with AI workflows.
• Ability to build dashboards and analyze usage data.
• Proven track record in account expansion and ROI.
• Executive communication excellence.
• Available for US business hours; alignment with India HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding end-to-end for a portfolio of 40-50 Mid-Market US accounts.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and tailored Hiver solutions.
• Configure automations, SLAs, and multi-channel setups.
• Collaborate with customers' technical teams on API/integration use cases.
• Build reporting and dashboards to track impact.
• Lead business reviews and drive expansion opportunities.
• Bridge US customers with Product/Engineering for roadmap feedback.
