Job summary

Central is seeking a Customer Success & Account Manager to own post-signature relationships for a fully remote team. You will ensure smooth onboarding, drive adoption, and champion retention and expansion while configuring AI agents and troubleshooting issues before escalating to engineering.

You will manage a book of customers, resolve blockers, and pursue opportunities for growth while ensuring high satisfaction and renewal outcomes across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing B2B software role or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing customer accounts independently.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience configuring software applications.
• Technical proficiency to troubleshoot and learn new software.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and open items.
• Experience in retention, renewal, and expansion conversations.
• Genuine interest in AI and its business applications.
• Ability to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of customers, monitor live status, issues, and opportunities.
• Address questions, open items, and blockers promptly.
• Configure AI agents and connect supported systems for onboarding.
• Test configurations to ensure successful customer launches.
• Troubleshoot issues independently; escalate only when needed.
• Document customer interactions and recurring problems to improve processes.
• Conduct onboarding, implementation, and check-in calls with customers.
• Monitor account health and identify churn risks early.
• Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding needs.
• Provide feedback to product teams regarding recurring issues and automation opportunities.
