Job summary

Halcyon, an AI-powered energy intelligence platform, is hiring a driven salesperson to own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract. You will target developers, IPPs, utilities, data centers, and energy investors across the United States and Canada, building pipeline and leading demos while shaping proposals.

We welcome junior and senior candidates; quota, territory, and scope scale with experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years (junior) or 5+ years (senior) of B2B sales with quota in energy, climate tech, data or SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Knowledge of energy regulation, capital allocation, and grid-side developments relevant to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a new business pipeline and quota from prospecting through close.
• Source and qualify opportunities via outbound, events, inbound leads, and your network.
• Lead discovery to understand buyer strategy and Halcyon's fit in their workflow.
