Job summary

Cintoo is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Energy to own post-sale relationships with North American customers. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving value realization and platform adoption across accounts.

Remote work from the US is supported, with a focus on establishing trust and ensuring long-term retention. The role requires 3–5+ years in customer success or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment, and knowledge of reality capture workflows and laser scanning.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or similar in a B2B SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of reality capture workflows and laser scanning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in Cintoo's platform and consult customers on best practices and workflows.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor by understanding customer goals and guiding toward measurable value realization.
• Monitor and drive product adoption using health dashboards and metrics; identify opportunities for expansion.
• Maintain regular touchpoints and document action items to ensure progress toward success criteria.
• Assess customer health scores and escalate risks, coordinating with Support, Sales, or Product to prevent churn.
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to inform roadmap priorities.
