Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks an Energy Account Manager to join our team in Puerto Rico, delivering energy-saving projects for commercial and industrial customers. You will manage end-use accounts, identify and evaluate opportunities, and guide projects to completion.

The role partners with utility account managers and RI teams to maximize energy savings and program participation, requiring strong communication and project management, plus travel within Puerto Rico up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering or similar technical discipline.
• 4+ years in applicable engineering, technical sales or outreach.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level support to client, customers, and contractors.
• Influence customers to adopt energy-efficient practices.
• Serve as liaison to utility representatives, customers and contractors; internal teams.
• Earn and maintain client trust; build relationships and drive savings.
