Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking an Energy Efficiency Account Manager to support market engagement and outreach for energy efficiency programs. The role involves assisting manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and market actors with program participation, responding to inquiries, and supporting outreach efforts.

The position emphasizes outreach, research on participation issues, and reporting observations while following defined engagement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be located within Spokane, WA area or reside in the greater Spokane region
• 2 years of professional experience in customer service, program support, outreach, sales support, or a related role
• Experience with external stakeholders, customers, contractors, vendors, or trade partners
• Experience maintaining records, tracking activities, and following established processes and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support trade ally participation, engagement, and recruitment goals through proactive outreach
• Execute outreach activities to manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and market actors
• Build and maintain relationships to support ongoing program engagement
• Coordinate routine communication with trade allies and internal stakeholders
• Research and document responses to inquiries and route questions to staff
• Support outreach campaigns, engagement activities, and participation initiatives
• Assist with in-market outreach including local meetings and events
• Research participation issues and elevate non-routine issues as needed
• Validate documentation and submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Update CRM systems and dashboards to maintain accurate program information
• Prepare and report basic participation metrics and engagement information
