Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Account Manager to join our team in Puerto Rico. You will work with utility clients and commercial customers to promote energy-saving programs, manage projects, and deliver measurable energy savings.

The role emphasizes client relationships, strategic sales planning, and collaboration with engineering and management teams to provide a complete service package.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree required.
• CRM software and reporting experience preferred.
• Professional credentials (CEM/CEA/CBCP or similar) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level support to the client, customers, and contractors.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and communicate their value to customers.
• Work with utility clients to maximize program participation and energy savings.
• Develop strategic sales plans to deliver project savings within your service area.

Education

Mechanical engineering degree

CEM, CEA, or CBCP or similar credentials

PE - Mechanical Engineering in HVAC and Refrigeration or Thermal and Fluid Systems
