Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop lasting customer relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share within the designated regional territory.
• Pursue new business and develop methods to attain growth.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve a 10% annual market share increase.
• Lead clinical demonstrations for qualified target accounts and drive closure of business.
• Coordinate pre-demo activities with Clinical Sales Specialist to ensure successful demonstrations.
• Nurture current accounts through regular calls, product demos, and in-service trainings.
• Build relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, hospital staff and outside consultants.
• Train customers on proper equipment use in clinical settings.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports to supervisor.
• Attend local, regional and national trade shows as requested.
• Comply with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
