Cox Enterprises is seeking a Digital Marketing / Communications Manager to lead end-to-end paid media across endemic trade publications, events, and programmatic channels. This role will own the annual publisher plan, negotiate terms, and drive in-house model development for scalable processes and reconciliations.

Partnering with Product, Brand Marketing, and Analytics, you will optimize spend, measure performance, and report pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or media buying.
• Proven track record negotiating with publishers and managing RFP cycles.
• Strong analytics, measurement design, and attribution experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level or matrixed organizations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and evolves the endemic media plan with publisher mix and budget allocation.
• Negotiate rates and terms with trade publishers; evaluate performance against benchmarks.
• Manage full buy cycle: RFP, proposals, insertion orders, trafficking, and reconciliation.
• Assess audience data and verification to ensure reach meets objectives.
• Establish renewal frameworks and performance-based scaling of partners.
• Maintain publisher relationships and surface new inventory opportunities.
• Plan sponsorships, custom content, and print placements with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee programmatic and paid social across DSPs, retargeting, and lookalike segments.
• Coordinate testing, optimization, and platform best practices across providers.
• Document SOPs and mentor teammates as the function expands.
