Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a Digital Marketing / Communications Manager to own paid media buying across endemic trade publications and programmatic platforms. This remote role resides within the Eastern or Central Time Zones, with hybrid option if near office locations.

You will plan, negotiate, execute and optimize publisher-direct placements and manage a secondary book of programmatic and paid social buys.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and evolves the endemic media plan across publisher mix, flighting, and budget allocation.
• Negotiate rates, added value, and contract terms with trade publishers.
• Manages full buy cycle from RFP to post-campaign reconciliation.
• Assesses publisher audience and verification data to ensure reach.
• Establishes scalable publisher evaluation and renewal decision frameworks.
• Maintains publisher relationships and surfaces new inventory and first-look opportunities.
• Plans and executes sponsorships, webinars, research reports, and industry events.
• Develops briefs for custom content and sponsored editorial with Brand Marketing.
• Manages print placements including deadlines and specs.
• Recommends balance between awareness sponsorships and direct-response placements.
• Manages campaign execution across DSPs and paid social.
• Manages audience targeting across retargeting, lookalike, intent, and first-party segments.
• Coordinates creative testing and applies results to future flights.
• Establishes platform-specific best practices for different buying platforms.
• Manages invoicing, PO creation, and spend reconciliation with Finance.
• Oversees ad trafficking, tag implementation, and third-party server config.
