Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Digital Marketing / Communications Senior Specialist to lead paid media activation across programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search for select brands. You will own end-to-end campaign setup, QA, in-flight optimization, and reporting, ensuring taxonomies, naming standards, and launch checklists are followed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing Analytics, Trafficking, and MarTech to drive measurement, attribution, and audience activation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on campaign build and activation across programmatic, paid social, and paid search.
• Demonstrated experience managing campaigns in a DSP such as DV360 with line-item configuration and in-flight optimization.
• Analytical thinking, able to interpret campaign data and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Builds and launches programmatic display and video campaigns across DV360 and partner DSPs.
• Launches paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube with defined objectives and audiences.
• Manages keyword structures, ad copy variants, and bidding strategies for paid search campaigns.
• Configures audience targeting across retargeting, lookalike, and first-party segments.
• Oversees QA and launch readiness, ensuring tracking, landing pages, and creative render correctly.
