Cox Automotive is seeking a Digital Marketing / Communications Manager to own endemic trade media buying and programmatic initiatives across the enterprise marketing portfolio. This role operates remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zones, with hybrid options if near an office.

You will negotiate, plan, execute, and optimize publisher-direct placements, manage programmatic and paid social buying, and build in-house processes for trafficking, verification, and reconciliation to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
• Experience buying media directly from publishers and negotiating terms.
• Hands-on programmatic and paid social campaigns experience.
• Ability to manage multi-brand/matrixed teams across a large organization.
• Strong analytical skills with media math and planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and evolves the endemic media plan across publisher mix and budget.
• Negotiate rates and terms with trade publishers based on audience quality.
• Manage full buy cycle from RFP to post-campaign reconciliation.
• Assess publisher audience and third‑party verification to ensure reach.
• Establish scalable publisher evaluation and renewal frameworks.
• Maintain publisher relationship portfolio with regular performance reviews.
• Plan and execute sponsorships, custom content, and print placements.
• Direct programmatic and paid social campaigns across DSPs and self-serve platforms.
• Coordinate trafficking, tagging, and verification; advise on governance.
