Ladders is seeking an End User Sales Representative to join a leader in the Business Services space. This role focuses on territory-based sales growth with end users in the electrical and OEM market, owning account development, territory planning, and the execution of sales and marketing activities that support revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $113,752 - $139,031 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Three years of field/channel sales experience in the electrical/OEM industry.
• Current, valid Driver's License required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
