Job summary

3M is seeking an End User Sales Representative to grow sales in a defined US territory within the OEM/Specialty division of the Electrical Markets. You will work with distributors, end users, and internal teams to promote the 3M product line and meet quarterly objectives.

You will need a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of field sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically. Spanish language skills and strong negotiation help, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of field/channel sales experience in the Electrical/OEM industry.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and achieving objectives within the assigned territory and growing sales.
• Driving sales and marketing activities using 3M’s brand and value propositions.
• Coordinating territory activities to ensure effective coverage and communications.
• Providing leadership and mentoring within accounts and teams.
• Continuously developing skills related to market, products, and selling techniques.
