Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end, from demand to shipment.

You will co-own the SAP-enabled solution with a solution lead and drive changes across plants and distribution networks within NA time zones. The role is remote, with travel to plants and the Cary, NC office, reporting to the IT VP and collaborating with a business sponsor in Installation Products.

Qualifications

Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory or fulfillment.
SAP hands-on in order fulfillment; design/configuration not required.
Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Own on-time, in-full delivery for high-volume manufacturing end-to-end.
Identify root causes of missed orders and fix systemic issues.
Set priorities for fixes, builds, or process changes across plants and systems.
Manage change across sites and system teams without direct reporting lines.
Run short experiments and scale what moves the number.
Report results honestly to business leaders, including issues.
