Job summary

ABB in North America is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery end to end—from demand and replenishment through production, inventory, warehouse and shipment. You will co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead and drive the prioritization and fixes that move the number.

This is a founding, hands-on IT/business role with authority to change processes and rules behind your metric, reporting to the VP of IT, with travel to plants and Cary, NC, in North

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, or business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment or operations with 3+ years accountable for an operational result.
• Ability to trace delivery misses with data, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
• Hands-on SAP experience in order fulfillment; design/configuration not required.
• Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing end to end.
• Co-own the outcome with an SAP solution lead as equals.
• Set priorities for fixes and business rules, including stock allocation.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments and keep what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
