Job summary

ABB seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream from demand to shipment. You will coordinate SAP-driven processes with a cross-functional team and report to the IS Manager in North America.

This is a remote role across the US/Canada with regular travel to plants, distribution centers, and the Cary, NC office, aligning with North American time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, engineering, or business.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment or order mgmt.
• Experience with SAP in order fulfillment and data tools to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream.
• Identify root causes of missed orders using data and implement fixes.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes across plants and systems.
• Lead short experiments (1–2 months) to improve on-time delivery.
• Report results to business leaders and stakeholders.
