Job summary

ABB seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream. You will manage demand, replenishment, production, inventory, and warehouse/shipment end-to-end, partnering with a SAP solution lead to decide what to fix and how it is built.

You will report to the Vice President of IT and work with a business sponsor in Installation Products. This remote role covers US/Canada with travel to plants, DCs, and Cary, NC; aligns to NA time

Qualifications

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution with 3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full or fill rate.
• Able to follow an order from demand to shipment across plants and distribution centers.
• You have traced delivery misses with data and fixed the root causes.
• SAP hands-on in order fulfillment.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Demonstrates curiosity and openness to new information in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication with plant managers, sales and SAP teams.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Collaborate with SAP solution lead as equals to fix root causes rather than expediting symptoms.
• Set priorities for what to fix, build, or replace; manage changes across multiple sites.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) and scale what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including failures.
