Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream. You will co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead and decide what to fix, while the SAP team implements the solution.

This founding role will drive process changes across plants, distribution, and systems. You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with a business sponsor in Installation Products, with travel to plants and the Cary, NC office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in supply chain, engineering, or business.
8+ years in manufacturing or distribution with planning, scheduling, inventory, or order management.
Experience tracing delivery misses and fixing root causes.
Proficient with SAP in order fulfillment; hands-on or process lead.
Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
Strong communication across plants, SAP teams and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing value stream end to end.
Co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead and drive process changes.
Set priorities, decide fixes, and manage change across plants and systems.
Run short experiments and scale approaches that improve performance.
Report results honestly to business leaders, including failures.
