ABB Inc. seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery end-to-end across a high-volume manufacturing footprint. You will co-own with an SAP solution lead, drive root-cause fixes, and set priorities for stock allocation and process changes.

This is a founding value stream role with authority to shape the model across NA plants and distribution centers. You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with a business sponsor in Installation Products, working

Qualifications

A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
Experience with SAP in order fulfillment and data tools such as analyses or dashboards.

Responsabilités

Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
Identify root causes of missed orders and fix underlying issues.
Set priorities for fixes, builds, or changes to stock allocation.
Drive change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
Run short experiments and keep what moves the number.
Report results honestly to business leaders.
