Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery end to end for a high-volume manufacturing business. This role reports to the IS Manager and collaborates with a business sponsor in Installation Products, across NA time zones.

You will own demand, replenishment, production, inventory, warehouse and shipment, partnering with SAP and IT to fix root causes, set priorities, and run short experiments. This is a remote role with travel to plants and Cary, NC.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment or operations; 3+ years accountable for an operational result.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery end to end for a high-volume manufacturing business.
• Co-own outcomes with SAP solution lead; decide what gets fixed and how it is built.
• Set priorities and manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments and scale what moves the number, drop what does not.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
