Job summary

ABB seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery from demand to shipment across plants and warehouses. You will partner with SAP and influence priorities, processes, and systems to meet targets.

Reporting to the IS Manager, this remote role travels to plants and distribution centers in North America, working in North American time zones, with a focus on data-driven fixes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• Experience tracing delivery misses with data and fixing root causes.
• SAP hands-on in order fulfillment; design/config not required.
• Experience building data tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Co-own outcomes with SAP solution lead; set priorities and fix root causes.
• Report results to business leaders and adapt processes across plants and centers.
• Lead change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments and scale what moves the number.
