Zusammenfassung

Félix is seeking an Enablement & Learning Analyst to join its Learning & Development team. The role focuses on continuous learning and upskilling with a data-driven mindset and project management skills.

This position is ideal for someone with Education or Instructional Design background, strong organizational abilities, and experience with LMS (Absorb LMS is a strong plus). The role offers remote work with a plan to adopt hybrid in CDMX as the company grows.

Qualifikationen

• Background in education, instructional design, or related fields.
• Experience designing learning materials, assessments, and digital content.
• Proven ability to manage learning projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills using KPI data to drive improvements.
• Hands-on with LMS administration and content creation tools.

Aufgaben

• Design engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
• Coordinate and execute upskilling programs from planning to completion.
• Lead continuous learning initiatives with tests, microlearning, and assessments.
• Create and maintain training materials, simulations, and learning paths.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding for diverse audiences.
• Partner with QA and Operations to address defects and remediate modules.
• Monitor KPIs like knowledge retention and completion post-training.
• Analyze results and suggest improvements to programs.
• Manage learning projects, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support LMS implementation for continuous learning initiatives.
