We are looking for a creative and proactive Learning Experience & Content Specialist to join our Talent Development team. This person will design engaging training experiences that help representatives learn effectively while keeping content practical, interactive, and fun.
Create engaging courses, videos, quizzes, activities, and learning materials.
Transform complex processes and daily representative tasks into clear, interactive training content.
Manage and organize TalentLMS, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and aligned with current operational needs.
Identify training gaps based on escalations, performance trends, and feedback.
Collaborate with Talent Development and Operations to develop new training ideas and improve existing content.
Use AI and digital tools to make content creation faster and more efficient.
Continuously improve the learner experience and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, e-learning, training, or digital learning content.
Creative, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and ideas.
Experience with an LMS and content creation tools such as Synthesia is preferred.
